The Main Campus is located in the approximate center of College District 531. Communities near the Main Campus include Ullin, Karnak, and Grand Chain. The Campus can be easily accessed from Interstate 57 from the west, State Route 37 from the north and State Route 45 from the east via Route 169.

Anna Extension Center
With 11 classrooms, two computer labs, four Smart classrooms, one adult education classroom, two Alternative High School classrooms, and two distance learning classrooms, the Anna Center has the latest technology to prepare students for the future, whatever their learning styles.
The Center also features a 2,000 square foot fitness center, equipped with weight machines, elliptical machines, bikes, and treadmills.

Metropolis Extension Center
The SCC Metro Center has several classrooms, a computer lab, and an environmental lab, all of which are equipped with the latest technology to engage and prepare students for their chosen majors. The staff is professional, friendly and able to assist in admissions, advisement, registration and other general Shawnee College information. The Metro Center is located in the new and developing Industrial Park in Metropolis, Illinois. It is conveniently located close to I24, Highway 45 and Highway 145.
Community Education Classes and activities can be scheduled at the Metro Center.
